Self-efficacy

I was just done with the online assignment for my current studies on self-efficacy. This is a very interesting part of a person's self-development. I would love to share my thought... #awriterisonewhoalwayswrite 🙂 After a few readings, I found that self-efficacy related closely to intrinsic motivation which from within. Whatever happened external or how worse the situation got, I bet it can’t affect us the whole thing as long as we have high self-efficacy. . Self-belief and high aspiration are needed to correspond in high self-efficacy. It holds us to achieve our target or mission, while every one else can’t see clearly where you are going, but you are already there. . You believe and you create. Indirectly, you had created a ripple effect from one touch within and it influenced every single of your action. . First, you need to believe and you see what others not seeing, then you create. What creations are you making? This means your effort and your hardw...

#COVID19

# COVID19 It really urges educators to be creative in order to connect all the students with the learning material as per the syllabus. . Online learning seems the best way for now. At least... But what happened to the students who cannot access the online learning platform based on their current location, which might be faced with low coverage of the internet?? . Should there any problem, they can always jot down and ask the teacher once school open. . But what if, the books are all at school?? Disaster! How they going to learn?? – This is where additional activity books (their own initiatives) needed right? At least they have something. . This is the time that we appreciate all the online material that ed...

Be True, Be You

*Be True, Be You* Have you ever heard the song of Ava Max-So Am I? Well, today I learn many things. The story begins with.. I am committed to exercise every day 30 minutes starting from today. 5 minutes, in the beginning, is just okay but to get another 25 minutes; so struggle. But to kill the give up thingy, I decided to listen to the music while I'm working out and it works. Turn out to be this song. I heard once before but never take a real look at the lyrics and the message behind it. "You don't have to fit in the format, oh but it's okay to be different.." I agreed about this statement. It's really ok to be different and love yourself. Don't be ignorant towards yourself just to fit in the public. Never. Appreciate yourself. How this relates to my second learning? Read below; Second, I had learned not to ignore my creative side. Do you know that the creative side is very important? It helps your brain to be active and you...
