I AM ....

**In the middle of doing my assignments that need to be submitted**-searching on a motivation video. And I would love to share it here too. <3

This is my comment on this video (assignment purpose):

The whole video is really motivating me. Like a lot. I bet our students also love to listen to this. The music, the voice tone really bring in the mood.

Before we get into learning passion, we need to instill this kind of motivation first in our students. Believe in themselves! When they believe, they can really do it!

There's a phrase from this video that attracts me a lot.:

" Two most powerful words in English - I AM ~ after I am, it will affect your life, control your decision...

AND...

Thoughts are powerful,

Thoughts lead to action,

Action over time become a habit,

And habit lead to long-lasting resolve!"

The right setup when having this kind of video is ...

Dim light, loudspeaker, close your eyes and listen attentively to it and repeat after. Feel it...Believe you can achieve it!

In terms of our students, just change the word after I am..and they need to say this every morning as their kick-starter.

For example:

I AM FOCUSED

I AM DISCIPLINED

I AM MOTIVATED

I AM CONFIDENT

I AM SMART

I AM IMPORTANT

I AM DETERMINED

I AM CAPABLE OF EVERYTHING

I AM A SUCCESS!

FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT TO BECOME. BE BLESSED AND GRATEFUL AND SAY THANK YOU <3

Sometimes we do need motivation, aren't we? :)

I always loved to instill this kind of motivation in my students before any academic learning gets into place. You know why? Because they need to believe first deep down in their heart. They are human. They have a heart. They are not a machine that needs to remember all the facts in the textbook and get good grades.

First, you got to catch their heart first. Chop, chop, chop, surely, they will bloom and blossom without force because they already had the intrinsic motivation. Trust them <3

This video also meant for us. After all, we are also human with a heart. Sometimes we fall and rise. Motivation to keep our hope and move on. With Him, everything is possible. No matter what <3
